This preview collects only information required to answer casting enquiries, general messages and representation applications. Submitted information is sent to POLAS’s private operations system only when the secure integration is configured.

What we collect

Contact details, project information, application details and the content you choose to provide. Do not submit passports, contracts, bank details or other sensitive documents through the public forms.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, evaluate applications, manage casting requests, protect talent and maintain an audit trail. Access is limited to authorised agency staff and service providers required to operate the system.
